Azodus brings you the famous and fun Indian game of Ludo, right on your Google Android device. This is a game of luck, and won’t take too much brainpower to handle. Play with up to 3 other players or play versus your CPU on this leading app.

The 2D interface is quite crisp and straightforward. On the app homepage, you’ll have your play selection mode, whether single play, internet game or Bluetooth mode. The next page requires you to choose players, and the last page is the start of the game. The UI design is quite simple and easy on the eyes. Moreover, the animation is quite fast. The graphics of this app deserve the mark 7/10.

What Is It about?

If you have something to say about this app and make own review – write me.

The Ludo board is a cross pattern with four arms, supporting four players. Each arm is divided into three sub-arms. The middle subforms the home landing for the different color pieces and can’t be landed upon unless the piece completes the circuit. The count begins adjacent to the starting pad, and movement is clockwise.

To begin the game, you roll the dice, and a face of 6 moves one piece to the starting square of the circuit. Each player chooses a color, either red, green, yellow or blue. The highest throw of the die starts the game and the game moves in a clockwise order. The throw of the dice determines how many squares a player moves along on the circuit. If a player’s piece lands on another piece, the latter piece is routed back to its starting pad. If a piece lands upon another piece of the same color, this forms a block which can’t be passed or landed upon by another piece.

The controls for the Android app consist of simple tapping, dragging and long-pressing. This is effective especially which Ludo, which takes up the entire screen of your phone.

The game is get free and doesn’t offer any in-app purchase, so you get the full experience right away. The score is 7 out of 10.

To Replay or Not To Replay

I like the app and would replay the game because of how fluid the gameplay is. It sticks to the original Ludo rules which is great. I can also go into multiplayer mode and play my friends via Bluetooth which is a great addition to any game. I also managed to play online with random players which made it even more exciting. The UI is quite lovely and looks just like a real Ludo board, although I experienced glitches sometimes. The score of replay value is 9 out of 10.

Is It Good?

The latest version of the game has an even better UI than before. It doesn’t have too many elements and avoids clutter, which is good. The game works perfectly sometimes, and sometimes it doesn’t. There are too many bugs in the game which even updates don’t fix. The Bluetooth capability is great as you can play with your friends whenever you want. The Google Play app for Ludo is easy on your phone and doesn’t consume much in terms of graphics. If you want something to relax and unwind with, this is what you should go for. Easy to play and understand.
